Your Lone Alarm will be monitored by our Response Team 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This service is included with your alarm purchase at no extra cost. Our Monitoring Centre has received the highest accreditation from the Telecare Services Association (TSA), which is the industry and standards body for Telecare in the UK. Every member of our Response Team has had extensive training to handle a wide range of emergency situations and provide the best possible service.
When a user activates their alarm, the Response Team will receive an alert call. A member of the team will answer the call and assess the situation. They will then notify the nominated contacts, selected by you during setup. If necessary, they will also contact the emergency services and follow any necessary procedures.
